Facebook compare page: A must use new Insights feature for any #Facebook page manager

Facebook quietly launched a new feature on the insight of pages. This is a feature which is a killer feature that Facebook has offered lately.

Look at the screen grab below. Facebook allows you to add upto 5 facebook pages where you do not have any administrator rights.

After adding the pages, you will be able to see the weekly fans growth of the page.

Why this feature is a killer feature?

For any page manager or community manager, one of the most common question that they were faced with is where do I stand in comparison to my competitors? How are my competitors doing?

The only option left is to subscribe to a third party analytics/insights provider. Simplify360 is one such tool made by the the company where I currently work. But the drawback is that these products do not come cheap. It comes with a price tag. Large to medium enterprises can afford it. But for a small business with little or no marketing budget, this is out of the question. Since the insights for the page is already with them, this new feature is a killer feature that will be welcomed by all small enterprises and even large enterprise.
